My name is Alejandro Charitable but my friends call me Carlos. I am a devout follower of Jesus Christ and a willing servant of God. Going to church and praising his holy name with my fellow brethren is something I look forward to everyday.
In my free time I enjoy being around friends and family. Health is sacred to me so physical activities are a daily must for me; basketball and soccer are the two sports I love playing. My creator has blessed me with musical talents which I am most grateful for and the piano is my instrument of choice.
My mother introduced me to real estate and I was immediately taken. Everything seemed to align so I committed to a class. I am now licensed by the state of Florida as a real estate agent.
Where?
As a member of the Greater Tampa REALTORS® (GTR), my work sphere is [mainly] the tri-county area of Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties on Florida’s central west coast. I have assisted customers as far south as Miami and as far north as Tallahassee so location is not an issue. Out of state customers are welcome as well; anything I am not able to do, I have another REALTOR® at my disposal to assist.
How?
I am constantly taking classes to expand my knowledge to pass that value and education to clients. No man is an island so I can not do my job alone; I have a team of industry partners that I have thoroughly vetted to ensure their goals for their clients align with my promises to my clients. I will use my knowledge and skill to perform at a satisfactory level to my clients. Honesty and respect will be a standard practice. Compassion and care are two traits my faith has instilled in me since my younger years so I will jump at any opportunity to give to others. I have always loved being around people and offering assistance whenever I can. Serving the community is a passion of mine and giving back is important.
Why?
I believe everyone can have their dreams come true and I want to be the one to help them with the dream of home ownership. Knowledge is power and I assure those in association with me will not be left behind.
Future
I plan to be in the real estate industry for the rest of my life and eventually would like to establish my own real estate team. I would love to help others in the future start their real estate careers and achieve the financial freedom they want.
